Systematic Biology《系统生物学》（双月刊）. Systematic Biology is the bimonthly journal of the Society of Systematic Biologists. Papers for the journal are original contributions to the theory, principles, and methods of systematics as well as phylogeny, evolution, morphology, biogeography, paleontology, genetics, and the classification of all living things. A Points of View section offers a forum for discussion, while book reviews and announcements of general interest are also featured.

Systematic Entomology《系统昆虫学》（季刊）. Systematic Entomology publishes original papers on insect systematics, phylogenetics and integrative taxonomy, with a preference for general interest papers of broad biological, evolutionary or zoogeographical relevance.

Systematic Botany《系统植物学》（季刊）. Systematic Botany is the Societys quarterly international scientific journal, and publishes papers on topics such as taxonomy, systematics, speciation, morphometrics, molecular phylogeny, conservation, biogeography, and methods.

Systematic and Applied Microbiology《系统与应用微生物学》（双月刊）. Systematic and Applied Microbiology deals with various aspects of microbial diversity and systematics of prokaryotes. It focuses on Bacteria and Archaea; eukaryotic microorganisms will only be considered in rare cases.

Synthetic Biology《合成生物学》（年刊）. Synthetic Biology is a new open access journal which covers all aspects of synthetic biology; including papers on the mathematical modelling and practical engineering in the field. This includes genetic circuit design, computational methods, genetic systems and circuit design, viral engineering, cell design and construction, assembly platforms, DNA synthesis, synthetic metagenomics, pathway construction, gene optimization, protein engineering, metabolic engineering, programmed evolution, cellular manufacturing, mathematical modelling and engineering processes.

Symbiosis《共栖》（一年9期）. Since 1985, Symbiosis publishes original research that contributes to the understanding of symbiotic interactions in a wide range of associations at the molecular, cellular and organismic level. Reviews and short communications on well-known or new symbioses are welcomed as are book reviews. This spectrum of papers aims to encourage and enhance interactions among researchers in this rapidly expanding field.

Sydowia（一年1卷）. SYDOWIA publishes reports of original research relevant to fungal taxonomy, systematics, evolution, structure, development, ecology, pathology (plants, animals, humans), and biotechnological applications. Reviews are published in areas of particular interest and current importance, but authors should consult the Editor before submitting a review manuscript. The official journal language is English.

Subterranean Biology《地下生物学》（一年3期）. Subterranean Biology is an international journal published by Pensoft on behalf of the International Society for Subterranean Biology (SIBIOS-ISSB). It publishes original research on all aspects of subterranean ecosystems and their components focusing on biology, ecology, evolution and conservation.

Studies on Neotropical Fauna and Environment《新热带动物与环境研究》（一年3期）. There is still a far from complete understanding of the complex ecosystems in the Neotropics, although they have been studied since the first expeditions of the old world naturalists Marcgrave, Humboldt, Spix, Darwin, Bates and Müller. The aims and scope of the Journal are, besides taxonomic and zoogeographic surveys, analyses of animal communities and their relationship with biotic and abiotic environmental conditions. This includes the fauna of both terrestrial and fresh water ecosystems in the Neotropics. Contributions that represent original research and mini-reviews are welcome.

Studies in Mycology《真菌学研究》（一年3期）. Studies in Mycology is an international journal which publishes systematic monographs of filamentous fungi and yeasts, and special topical issues related to all fields of mycology, biotechnology, ecology, molecular biology, pathology and systematics. The journal is Open-Access and contains monographs or topical issues (5–6 papers per issue). There are no restrictions of length, although it is generally expected that manuscripts should be at least 50 A4 pages in print.
